Yesterday I bought this at Walmart.
I have lost 24 pounds with just diet and not exercise much so now it is time to get in shape. Although my waist has gotten smaller and smaller, my hips and thighs seem to stay the same. Although I know that is not true because I've measured and have gone down 2 sizes in pants, they just seem to move at a lot slower rate and I am tired of it. Anyway, this work out DVD includes a resistance band called the cuff and I love it. The DVD has two workouts, one for toning and firming (with the cuff) and one where you walk two miles. I did the 'cuff' workout this morning and the walk this afternoon and it is great! I know it is something that I can fit in (both less than 30 minutes each) and I could really feel it where I think I need it.
